Returns, We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. All original tags and packaging must be included. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Sale or clearance items Gift cards Personalized or custom-made products Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Refunds Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
